1. how do you ship orders?
all orders are shipped via auspost (australia post).

2. can i return my order?
all sales are final — but don’t worry! if something arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a message and we’ll help sort it out.

3. where do i pick up my order?
pick-up is in st marys, 2760 — about a 10-minute walk from st marys train station. the full address will be emailed to you when your order is ready.

4. when will my pick-up order be ready?
usually within 1–2 business days. we’ll email you as soon as it’s good to go!

5. can i shop at the pick-up location?
nope — it’s just a pick-up spot, not a retail store.

6. how do i know when you restock?
instagram followers know first! follow us at @letsgograbmatcha for restock updates.

7. do you take pre-orders?
no pre-orders for now — everything is first-come, first-served when we restock.

8. is there a limit to how much i can buy?
nope — buy as much as you’d like!

9. can you combine my orders if i place multiple ones?
we usually receive a large number of orders after each restock. to minimize risks and avoid stock discrepancies, we are unable to combine orders. each order will be processed separately.
